Here I am, in the end of 2013, waiting for my fave band to perform. I'm patiently counting the days to Feb. 19th, 2014... Just a day before my birthday :D
The first time I attended their concert was in 1997 (?). That was awesome! The first live concert, n I went with Mom n Dad. LOL.
The second one was in 2005. This is the best MLTR concert I've ever had... It was beginning with a simple letter that was translated by my Danish friend. I asked him to translate my letter to MLTR in their mother tongue, so that (hopefully) it would impressed them.
It worked :D. Well, I don't have to share LOADS of craziness I'd done before that, but this simple letter really worked. The point is, me n my two girls asked them to meet right after the show..and I have to specified: at the backstage. Maksa yaa gue :p
So there we were, the three fanatic girls, came to the venue four hours before the show just to catch them out before/after the sound check session. Mission accomplished! The boys also recognize us from the MLTR forum--the OLD forum.

We enjoyed the show.. That was really amazing, a very intimate concert ever. As promised we wait for them (im)patiently right after the show, until the road manager came and talked to us. "Are you really really wanna meet them?" he asked. "Yes!!" we shouted. And then, he asked us to wait about 10 minutes to give them some rest.
Me n my friends were shocked. Seriously?????
It didn't take 10 minutes when our beloved manager shown up (ooohhh, really OWE you Mister! You know who you are, and we LOVE you as much as the band!!) and asked us to come in. He opened the barricade, and allowed (only) three of us to get in.
It was such a long corridor, like 10 miles or something (hahaa... I believe it was only 10 meters or so, but you know...).
"Don't be nervous... Don't be tacky... Don't be hysterical, they'll hate it... Don't scream... Don't even breath! :P " we mumbled on each other.
He took us to a room, a very simple class room (it was in Sasana Budaya Ganesa). The "Artist Room". You don't see any glamorous room, just a simple room with some sofa and a table. They sat separately, each on a large sofa. Duh, jadi deg2an mo nerusin nulis :p
My two girls said hello to them, and sat right behind their most fave band member.. Jascha and Mikkel. Me, still petrified, (I think) stared on Kaare Wanscher, the drummer. Untung kagak pengsan.
And then we talked. We were only given five minutes, actually. But somehow it took us 15 minutes to get out from that room since the boys were really nice n sweet n friendly, and (I think) they were really curious about the MLTR scrapbook that we showed them.
Anyway, we spent couple minutes to take some pictures with our legendary poster (haha! it's gone now, I forgot where I put it *tears*). Some papers n CDs to sign, some embarrassing moment (to me) coz of something I put on the scrapbook -- I certainly won't tell you, I thought I was being kicked out of that room just because of that something. Luckily, the just laughed.
The private "date" resulting to this.. These are my treasures :)
It was Kaare's hand writing ^_^ *smooch*
Guess you understand now, how much I miss them, and I can hardly wait for the upcoming concert in Jakarta...
